Administration corruption

As we know administration corruption is one of the most demolisher phenomenon at present time in Afghanistan up to that time when there are administration corruption in over country Afghanistan or the people of Afghanistan will not progress and the day by day we will back warded and step by step over country will be destroy the main cause of Insecurity in over country is administration corruption but there is a question what is the cause or motive of administration?  I say in the answer of this question the literate or illiteracy in the people of Afghanistan is the causes of administration corruption afghan government mast provide and prevent the administration corruption without this paint over government will be inhalant and its cannot uplift without the prevent of administration corruption the pace or reconstruction is not possible at first over government mast annihilate the administration corruption and lather they mast try to build a building or try to make over country one modern Afghanistan
